The company does not like to provide detail information regarding boards and conferences. When I contacted them about the U of Wisconsin, denying they were a sponsor of a conference they had put out pr on, the promised response once again never occured. (Not suprised, as I already knew their pattern))

The members of the IRB consist of Dr. Kerry Kuhn, Chairman of the IRB and Dr. Carrie Greenspan, Dr. David Hochberger and Dr. Andrew Krinsky, associates from the Omega Gynecological and Obstetrics Group; Dr. Gerald Schmidt, Director of Mammography, All-American Women's Diagnostic; Dr. Melvin Pann, breast surgeon; Dr. Patrick Lilam Ph.D, Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Center for Research and Education in Optics and Laser; Dr. Lisa Banchik, Neurologist. I WILL TRACK DOWN AS MANY OF THESE "DRs" tomorrow. I'll report back ASAP.
