What I would like to see is an analyst calculating the share price in function of the current reserves and expected cash flows. Unfortunately i don't deal with a broker and the reports listed on SUF's web sites are too old. If an analyst come up publicly with an opinion and a projection of $14.00 it wouldn't take time for the stock to move up. If you know of a company similar to SUF in size and activity we could derive a share price using the P/E ratio and SUF's expected earnings. Is SUF currently undervalued that's the question ?
