Again, a difference in philosophy. I prefer to have as many odds stacked in my favor as possible. Favorable market, favorable group, favorable stock, favorable entry point. That involves some fundamental analysis as well as technical. Different strokes for different folks. I agree, Gary has done a great job. In fact, I wasn't suggesting that Gary add surrogates to his package. I was under the impression (perhaps mistakenly) that the "hooks" were there that would allow third parties to access the QP2 data and write their own applications to supplement the functions found in QP2. Which, it seems to me, would enhance the desirablility of QP2 by enabling others to add "functional modules" while Gary benefits from the data delivery cash cow. Dale seemed to have the programming experience to determine if building surrogates is possible in QP2, if he is interested at all. If not, then perhaps Gary could consider adding surrogates to the QP ver 3 wish list. joe
