I tried to check out his stock ownership, and the only thing I could find was an article , and a schedule 13G on Edgar Online dated 4/6/98. The latter says he owns 46,300,000 shares. If he sold these there should be a SEC record on it, but this is frequently ignored. I can't find a record of the sale. If he sold this many shares he must have had a whopping income tax bill. I would be a lot less nervous about CD if I knew he held a lot of stock.
