Typos seem to be harder to avoid online than in print, perhaps because (in my experience) fewer people actually read the copy before it goes up. >> The abstract didn't contain the headline. Rather, it read, "Japanese legislators will begin debating draft laws to eliminate the nation's banking-sector difficulties. The problem is that the proposed laws could allow bad banks to stay in business. << That's why I couldn't find it. It didn't match the lead, either. Thanks for the assistance. Katherine
