C'mon Bill, I told you not to waste our time with this, we have been over it both here and yahoo. If this is your reasoning for shorting a company, then let me point you the russell 2000, most of them will fit this criteria.

Post the link, at least show some courtesy.

Actually my avg cost is under $9/sh.

Why am I not surprised you would say something like this.

Here is my current simplified plan to make a little money on the side.

1. Watch your posts (and those of several others) for ideas on shorts based on either outright fraud or incompetent management. Do a little more DD of my own (I only play this game if I understand the underlying business).

2. Watch the appropriate thread for violent personal attacks against you, coupled with 10 or more ridiculous posts a day which are all caps, bolded, sound like an infomercial, or are three or so people posting to each other some wild-eyed hype about the stock.

3. If and when that happens, buy slightly out of the money puts with at least 2 months till expiration.

4. Sit back and wait.

So far this has worked very well for me.

I am more than willing to say you callled the price decline of CYBG. Lets all pat Bill on the back. I just want tp know what is the FRAUD. There are plenty of attorneys that would love a fraud suit against a public company. The truth is you called the stock price right but your claims of fraud are total bullshit. Also have you covered your short or are we going to hear that you did when the stock trades back up.
