SWEBF-SKI shareholders?, cont... viz a viz TOTALWEB totalweb.co.uk and softquad.com [ref/London Stock Exchange, BT, Europe Online/Reuters/Pearsons...] and given fact HoTMetaL is neck and neck with MS FrontPage in Europe [per mgt] and browser-O/S independent...there simply has to be significant present value associated with the SoftQuad Inc Business Unit....this is now the third Forrester Report [in the last 90 days] supportive of this supposition [from web authoring, site development, eCommerce application servers,...]...this should be a slam-dunk for Gurney...esp. given he raised >$20million at IPO and est. a market cap for his company >$100 million when SoftQuad essentially only had HoTMetaL 1.0/2.0 going for it...and no HMAPPS, no CD Web Publisher, no XML infrastructure, [and over two years ago...an internet lifetime...]...???
