Gene: That article cleverly avoided any mention of numbers which is what the market is all about. To attain a good standing in the market place, it is most important to achieve consistency in earnings. The earnings must not be erratic. By controlling the allotment of SG&A between feast and famines , it is feasible to avoid spikes and dips in earnings. Teva seems bent on the spike and dip method and that is not liked by Wall street. I hope in the coming quarters Teviy will reduce the volatility of their earnings from Q to Q using all means possible.
