Have you put your hounds onto the scent of illegalities? :^) Considering the previous discussion, even if you did find something, do you think it would be worth the additional risk of pursuing it? PS. My understanding is that dependant upon the state, management may be able to block a non-scheduled shareholders' meeting or vote, but that getting something on the agenda at the annual meeting just requires a quorum and enough votes. Can anybody else comment?
