Let me add another fact:
They are not interested in business from outside the US = VERY BAD!

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a software e-tailing debutante tomorrow. Her name is Cyberian Outpost and she is in the same e-tailing peer group as EGGS. This should make life very interesting tomorrow.

I missed the conference call, but it almost appears from the financial comparison that it might not even matter tomorrow.

Cyberian debuts with 22 million outstanding shares (~approximately the same share count as EGGS) and has $22.7 Million in trailing ANNUAL sales .

So, let's see.....rumor has it that Cyberian will price at $17.
Guess what?--Cyberian will have the same market cap as EGGS with only 1/4 of the annual sales of EGGS!!

HMMM.

Other interesting comparison is with gross margins .
EGGS gross margins are 10.4% vs. 9.5% at Cyberian.

If Cyberian is worth $17, EGGS should be worth a LOT more.
