I'm still here.

Unfortunately, I was on margin during the big sell off in late July, and had to sell to cover my ass. I'm prepared to jump back in, but this time, I'd prefer to wait for earnings.

I get the feeling there might be another earnings delay, since investor relations today sounded uncertain about tomorrow.

I agree the preferred financing option was a gamble, but if the S-3 registration hadn't been delayed by an accounting question (PHP should have known SEC would have a question), there would have been no fear of preferred fines, which is what started the selloff.

This selloff sparked fears of excessive dilution, and the snowball kept rolling down hill feeding on itself.

I blame PHP for blowing the S-3 thing, which is related to their past accounting (although the accounting had little effect on past numbers, and no effect on current and future numbers).
