Leading Titles From Broderbund Direct Catalog Now Available Through Digital River's Online Dealer Network

partnership with leading interactive software provider, Broderbund Direct, a division of Broderbund Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: BROD). The partnership provides
Broderbund Direct with an added channel for the electronic sale and delivery of its software titles through Digital River's expansive online dealer network.

Leading electronic titles from Broderbund Direct, including Quicken(R) Family Lawyer(R), Quicken(R) Estate Planner, Labels Express(TM) and Personal Home
Inventory(TM), are now included in Digital River's growing product inventory of digital products. Additionally, these products are now available for electronic
download from any of Digital River's more than 250 reseller sites, including Download Warehouse and Cyberian Outpost.
