According to an old Joe Murphy post, DCTC gets to count all
the gross revenues from a 51% owned entity.

Dear PR-acman:
In accordance with GAAP(generally accepted accounting principles)when a company owns more than 51% of an entity that company is allowed to reflect on it's books the gross amount of the sales and operating expenses(by line item) and in one line pull back the minority interest(49% of the sales and earnings net). Our real aim(publicly stated) is to capture the canadian market for prepaid phone cards and then proceed to the next step.
