To all: Someone got their two cents worth today.
Day's Range
0.020000 - 0.030000
I have sold half of my LTGL shares. Will try to sell the other half. If anyone cares I bought Leah Industries (LEAH) a company run by people from the old Soviet Union. Probably 1000 times more honest then Shyster Krumholz.

The SEC has a web page and you can report Pettifogger Krumholz to them by email. I am and I will come back with the address.

You're right, Ernest. Spencer doesn't care about the stock price or the shareholders. IMHO, his only concern is getting his products to the shelves. In order to appease a large, potential retailer such as Walmart, his production must be increased which is why he bought the China plant. Unfortunately for Spencer, this dilution plan will backfire as how much product can you build on 2.5 cents a share, or less. I wonder what the present retailers on board would think of a company that is in the printing business as well as neon?
