I respectfully disagree. There's many parties involved and risks taken by all of them. Companies often don't realize the requirements of lending institutions on control of the company. Personalities are also involved (many which conflict) and styles of management.

MISM is a small company trying to borrow a LOT of money. They are under very close scrutiny by the lending institutions. Who and how the company is controlled is a critical issue. Apparently, Dan Masters was not able to provide the lending institutions and the investment bankers what they need. Unfortunately.

Now, for a pause during reorganization.

Hello Nougie:
At this point, I am just glad that I only have 750.00 invested in this company. If they don't get the loans they will probably go away quietly. I am going to hold, afterall, if I lose, I always have the tax write off.
