BoA has a contract with CF for non-Calfornia billers for bill payment(I don't know the terms). No formal agreement for presentment. NationsBank which is part of BoA, had a 2 year agreement for bill payment which is due up this September. No formal agreement for presentment. CheckFree is very entrenched in providing customer service for NationsBank (bill paying). Benny(IMHO)
