OK, Gary: I'll bite, if all common on 28,8

How many shares did the TA say were listed or registered as PFD. and is it a
series "A", "B", "C" or what? See there could become types of classes of the PFD.
issue. or at least I think there could be. Also where do you get 25MM of the 30 MM
that could mean that NPEC may get the 5MM from someone for there 20% and the balance
of the 25MM would go to the PFD. Yet NPEC may get (I like this one best) 1MM of
the PFD for the 20% held intrest. It would give the orginal owners more for what
they traded from the start IMO. That I would just find a great announcement for
each company. Personal Speculation All the way on this one.....

Regards,
Jim...

Gary, has there been any change in NPEC's share count recently? Might be interesting as well.

Hugh

Gary and to all: from time to time I have offered my opinion based on my research and past experiences. Today's stock recommendation must be carried out before the market close today. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. THERE WILL NEVER BE THIS GUARANTEE ever again!!!, TRUST ME on this folks. Sell all of your Medinah and NPEC (you can probably buy it back next week at these prices anyway and move all of your money into BEER stocks. Do so immediately.....
Enter market orders and get in before the close. The reason you ask:

If I hit the golf ball this weekend like I hit it today, there will be massive quantities of beer consumed. I'm talking massive. If the other members of the coalition have as good a weekend, you could see a shortage. Its supply and demand folks. Its like running out of water. B couldn't putt, (and he had two putters in his bag, and he's gonna buy another one today, plus we got beat my a 12 yr old. BIG TIME!!!)
S is hobbling with a bad back and didn't play the practice round today, either he knew the end result or was staying out of harms way from B and myself. So in summary, don't buy Medinah you have plenty of time before these guys release any news probably next month (I'm a guru), and buy BEER stocks. NOW...trust meeeeeeeeeee!

Vinny Woods

p.s. if Medinah's share price was equal to my score and the number of B's putts we would laugh at those guys who won the powerball!!!!
