MacInTax is excellent. I don't use Quicken. For info check out intuit.com.

Quicken's for tracking your finances. Macintax is for filing your tax returns (which is why noone would be selling it right now. It doesn't come out until closer to tax time). Quicken may be able to assist you in tax projections in the mean time. You might also look at some of the small business accounting packages like QuickBooks.
