Rashid, technically according to the HighLow Reversal Method, when the stock has an outside day, the stock should still close near its 60 day high...That is where HEB is the black sheep of the family...Didn't fully follow the rules: 1)60 Day high 2)stock reverses and hits a lower low 3)then stock retraces and makes a higher high 4)high low differential to be highest in last 5 trading days... HEB did have an outside day, but did not close near its high...We will see if there are variations on the theory....Anyway, one does not hop on board unless it comes back and approaches its all-time high... P.S. What do you think, was today an exhaustion gap,with an island reversal? Should I get out the spade and bury this one???
