Yeah every Tick Up has been a hiccup lately.
Just remembering that AXC had a bundle of cash before they borrowed the money, and little changed hands in the Micronet acquisition, so they must have over 80 million now. Nice warchest and safety net for any short term difficulties.
Don't know of course, but if they were saving the original cash for safety and operating capital...new product development etc. and reserving the borrowed money for acquisition ...the additional amount may have been needed to close a deal because of the substantial fall in share price.
Te automatic scan tracking recorder sounds quicker ( to a neophyte) than the old. And the DRAM buffers sound interesting ...and I am glad AXC is getting active in elements of head design again.
Taking heart from the fact that revenues at long last will soon be rising ...and the likelihood that another acquisition or two will be made.
And that...though more than half of it is borrowed ......cash on hand now exceeds capitalization.
