At times I am truly mystified about this stock. Maybe someone with more investment experience than I can comment on these thoughts. My constant belief is that this stock has been undervalued due to (1)low visibility on the investor radar screen, or (2) lack of confidence, or worse, distrust in this Company, or (3) shorting of this stock simply because it is on the BB, or (4) all of the above. I once heard (I can't remember where) that there were only about 900 outside investors in this Company. It would seem to me that at the current price there should be more interest even in this group of 900 (who I presume are following the stock) than the trading volumes indicate. Yesterday, only 110,000 shares were traded. I accounted for a portion of that number because it seemed like a genuine steal to me. Why the apathy? How can we advise the Company about what is lacking to motivate investors?

This is a Company that recorded a .10 eps last year and it is currently trading at a 2.5 P:E. They will merge in the very new future with AVIA that apparently has enough assets to convince POKR that it should settle for a P:E of about 6.2 (still well under the industry standard) because the CEO of POKR is convinced that the merged company will grow faster as a team. At least 2 acquisitions are in the final stages of negotiations. They are to become part of AVIA but are being negotiated by Forhan. If this doesn't convince all that the merger is inevitable, I don't know what other evidence is needed. All of this in my estimation is positive news, but the stock is stuck at a low level with low trading volumes. Why? What am I missing? Any insight is welcome.
