Email to the people "up the food chain" generally bounced when I tried it, though I'm not sure the addresses I had were correct. The people I was dealing with have told me on several occasions "this was discussed all the way to the top", but I have no idea if that was actually the case (or if their idea of "top" matched mine) - maybe they meant the head of software development or some such. I'd be glad to correspond with anyone from MRVC about this.
