INTEGRAL'S ANTENNA LANDS NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER

MORGANTOWN, W.Va./ July 29 / INTEGRAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (ITI),
(NASD.OTC.BB:ITKG), through its subsidiary Emergent Technologies Corp. (ETC),
has been awarded a $25,000 contract by the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)
to develop and deliver HF and VHF Contrawound Toroidal Helical Antennas (CTHA)
and tuners for proof-of-concept field tests at NSWC's Norfolk test site. The NSWC is
an R&D and engineering organization within the U.S. Navy.

This award is the second effort with the NSWC to fully demonstrate the CTHA for
form, fit, and function in NSWC application-specific needs. Earlier this year, the CTHA
successfully passed NSWC's test requirement for exhibiting an apparent low radar
cross section. NSWC personnel have stated that the CTHA is expected to resolve the
many operational conditions that exist with the current antennas.

"NSWC has been a supporter of the CTHA from early on. We are very grateful and
pleased that NSWC is continuing to work with us to certify the CTHA for mission
critical applications. The U.S. Navy is one of the largest antenna customers in the world,
and we are delighted to be working with NSWC to create antenna solutions using our
CTHA-based technology. Our antennas give the NSWC new flexibility in systems
designs for Naval vessels, aircraft, ordnance, and personal communications," said Mark
Williams, President and CEO of Integral.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center's mission is to provide research, development, test
and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for surface warfare systems, surface ship
combat systems, ordnance, mines, amphibious warfare systems, mine countermeasures,
special warfare systems, and strategic systems.

Integral is in the business of developing, manufacturing, and selling a variety of new,
advanced technologies that have passed the initial research development stage. These
include CTHA antennas, rf-generated plasma ignition devices, and multi-dimension
imaging devices. Through its subsidiary, Emergent Technologies Corporation, the
company is actively developing CTHA solutions at a variety of frequencies, including
HF, VHF, UHF, AMPS, narrow band PCS, GPS, PCS, and wireless LANs.
