TD: Definitely a satisfying move for PM today. Looks like people may be starting to notice what a value this company is.

I don't use IVB's accumulation/distribution ranking. PM is a good example of why. Assuming PM gets at least a "B" in tomorrow's paper, you would have had to miss a $2.25 gain ($10.75-$8.50) or 26.5% before they ranked it high enough to buy! That's no big deal if you're holding 100 shares but it's a damned big deal if you're holding 100,000 shares! It's the same way on the sell side. $4.50 is a lot to give up in one buy and one sell! Vectorvest has a similar problem at turning points.
Did you get to talk to Eric at PM? Has Greg talked to them regarding his list of questions?
We need to remind ourselves that no sales to type 2s have been considered for this quarter in any of the brokerage forecasts. PM will get a major percentage of that 40,000 type 2s that had made contact before the Medicare coverage started July 1 (first day of the new quarter). Add that and the $1,600,000 additional payment for the Cardiotech sale and we could see one Hell of a blowout quarter!
