VIA Apollo MPV3 chipset version "CE" supports 95MHz, 112MHz, and 124MHz bus speeds as well as video cards with the i740 intel chip.
Also AGP 2x.
These are here now, I've seen boards with them.
PC100 RAM is more but not that much more fore the big boxmakers.
Small vendors have been gouging claiming their RAM is "the" best and jacking up the price.
I don't know about AGP. Seems the PCI cards are holding their own on the high end.
