Mike,
I think the fact that Microsoft and the rest of Silicon Valley are frantic to get into the digital / interactive television game only validates the concept. Paul Allen is spending about $5 billion to get into cable. AT&T just did a deal with TCI. I mean, the whole field is about to explode and ACTV is very well positioned to take advantage of it.

ACTV has the business plan, the strategic agreements, a strong patent portfolio, and management to bring this to fruition. Our technology has been tested and validated. As soon as the financing is announced and we roll out we will see ACTV acknowledged as the leader in the field.

Regards,
Jim

Imo its good for companies like Actv. Web tv will want to download Actv imo. That of course helps sell the Web TV boxes. Its a good reason to buy the box.
Though I'm always leary of MSFT its good that they are involved in moving enhanced tv foward.
