Zeev - a nice surprise to see you here. Thanks for the very informative post. I'm glad I was corrected by you instead of someone like Nick. ;-)

Just out of curiosity, how is it that somebody as articulate and knowledgable as yourself falls behind TokyoMex (who can't put a sentence together) in popularity on SI? I suppose for the same reason that Budweiser is the King of Beers and McDonald's is America's favorite restaurant. No accounting for taste, I guess.

It figures that it would be you ...to jump in and answer my question.<g>.

I greatly appreciate your explanation and example. I still fail to understand why companies still persist in this type of "financing".
Failing to set some type of floor would seem to be a breach of fiduciary duty to existing stockholders...and one would think...not even an option to consider..but I'm seeing it more and more...

By the way, did you ever have a chance to check out RADIF ? I think they have something quite unique...and a lot of potential somewhere down the road.

Good summary Zeev, that's all the game. Sometimes I would like to be able to play this game it's tempting but one must have a shark behavior to do that. What about initiating a thread where people could post floorless alert (discussion could take place on an other thread) as soon as a stock is issuing some ?

By the way have you had a look at IFCI ?
