TO ALL:
I just got a phone call today from Greenline(my brokers) asking me
TO VOTE for or against the Yorkton deal. I once thought that shareholders had the right to be treated equally. The Yorkton deal seemed to be a done deal - disproving it once again.
I was P'O'd but not entirely surprized to call Yorkton and to be told -no they didnt have any of the deal left- all allocated to clients.
So - I just voted against the deal - and I suggest all us stockholders let BII know that we dislike being treated as 2ndclass citizens. I bought today at $1.75 per share - and I am a long holder. A Yorkton client gets 1share plus 1/2 right to another for $1.65 - FOR A TOTAL COST OF $1.40. Don.
