I believe the SEC has requested additional info from TGSK. I don't have the info at hand but will post the documentation ASAP. From what I recall the delay would not take long.

This may be old news to some but to those who might be questioning the SEC filing delay: Mr. Clark, Thank you for your continued interest and support of Great White. In answer to your question, the initial SEC filing was returned to Great White a few weeks ago with comments and requests for additional information. Great White's securities attorney is currently working with the SEC to expedite this matter and will resubmit the application with modifications, including the addition of the newer, second quarter results.
