No but i could find out To me the stock is under accumulation at these prices also the guy said no promotion going on but as you can see somebody is accumulating probally the promoters as that is what happens in most cases as i do know some promoters personally and that is exactly what they do buy a lot of cheap shares then the promotion kicks in as the stock moves up into the double range the promotion is in full swing and then they start selling into the market One more thing these deals in the US as the marketing rights were given to some key people that are involved with the US Gov. so we also gathered there could be a deal signed very soon
