James--
Thanks for all the insights from the meeting.

I have been responsible for getting some people into this stock partly based on the comments you just made about Joe's objective of selling the company at or around $10.00 per share. Some of these people(ex WWII vets 75-78 years old) are not into computers and privy to SI discussions. And I suppose there are other stock holders in the same position. They thought that either in the Annual Report or by a press release there would be some mention of this objective, so that they would not have to rely on my input that this is truly a valid corporate objective. There was of course no mention in the Annual Report. You state that this is Joe's stated goal. Has it ever been stated publicly.

My question is this- was there any discussion at the meeting from Joe or others about this very important objective? I asked Craig Murphy last week and he said he thought it would be discussed, especially as a question from the floor. He did say that the first public mention of this undertaking was the comment put in the Cyberfax press release that we were in discussions with 4 public companies.

Thanks for any input.
