Johnnie,
Welcome. It's good to have a little new blood here on this thread.
You have hit the nail on the head when you say that we're getting a little soft. That may be all to true. I, for one, do not have any more $$$ to piss away on this turd. I'm not going to throw good money after bad. I simply don't have the resources available to me. The most that I can do is torment the lame-asses who are in office to do their jobs.
Our Congressmen/women and Senators propose, draft, enact, and revise the existing laws of the land. Wouldn't it be reasonable to expect them to UPHOLD and ENFORCE them? I don't think that it's too much to ask of them.
Tht S.E.C. is doing a jam-up job. Who really knows what the hell they're doing, if anything at all. They "can't comment". Isn't THAT the news YOU wanted to hear. Will we ever know? If so , when?
Charlie sucks,
Bob M.

p.s., Oops, I'm sorry. I meant to say goodbye. Hmm, must've been a Freudian slip.

p.p.s., I wouldn't let him anywhere near me.

RIGHT ON JONNIE RYAN:

ALL: Check out the last section, first page of today's Wall Street Journal for an article about how investors are using the Internet (yahoo, SI, etc. ) in order to report corporate fraud to the SEC.

Good contacts given. Let's NOT give up...Ledford and crooks must NOT get away with the crimes they have committed against ECO2 shareholders and the U.S.

> Spa Faucets

For what it's worth, SPA FAUCETS (which ECO2 once claimed to own 51% of) is notable in that it has not disappeared, as its share price has.

SPA's website still works, although it appears not to have been updated for over a year. The phone number it gives for the company still gets someone cheerily answering SPA FAUCET. SPA seems to be no longer issuing giddy press releases speaking of ever ascending profits, but perhaps something about it was not wholly fake. I should have asked for a catalogue of faucets...
