Set; I don't see the set up either , my looking for it is not me predicting it , it's just that looking & waiting. I'm not sure of how to see a set up on a small cap run, I just hope to recognize it if it starts. Jim

Set: I just picked this up, Small Cap & Technology Funds report outflows for the 2nd consecutive week; International Equity Funds report inflows of $285 Million, with 1/3 going into European Funds; inflows to Taxable Bond Funds total $863 Million. << As of 7/29 While the As beat the Ds today and up volume was good The Nifty Fifty & magic ten had the best gains, The fly in the soup I find only 38 new highs to 171 new lows on the NYSE and 36 NHs to 201 NLs on the naz. ----------- Signals are mixed..
