This is a chart of the NASDAQ Biotech Index:

Does this look like a bear market chart? To me, it looks like all upward trend lines are intact. There is resistance in the 340 to 350 range, but after that it's clear sailing.

I think what's happening is we have speculative money going into internet stocks right now. With speculative money going elsewhere and summer upon us, smaller bios have been left as prey for the shorts.

Hang in there and bios will bounce back in the fall or early next year. The market can't ignore a good stock for long.
