Bodie I have just sent a personal message to Governor George Pataki of New York. We need you to take over our finances. Wow! with math like that we can eliminate taxes next year. I especially like the extrapolation of revenue.

Bodie I new on this post but I have read through everything I can and in your note you keep refering to 33 million shares.This I think was based on retreving 13 million shares. The new letter of June 29 reads! At that time, we were aware that over 13 million shares had been issued for these acquisitions. However, our recent review of these transactions disclosed that the previous management of Global Games ultimately allowed a total of 20 million shares to be issued as part of the acquisitions of Wolf Key Holdings and ICE. So I think you need to subtract another 7 million from your shares outstanding, that would be 26 million not 33. I could be wrong but could you check it out. JCNelson
