This is what we do know: 1.The company is being sued. 2. The company either copied name on purpose;If so then they are stupid. or The company did steal the name on purpose. If so then a> they do not have enough faith in their product to believe it can stand on it's own merrit. Or b> they are crooks. I lean more toward b. 4. The company clearly misrepresented themselves by sending the e-mail under the guise of "lead analyst from stockhelper.com. 5. The cable TV show they appeared on was an infomercial and therfore disqualified form having an opinion. 6. There is very little, if any, (as far as I know, and please post any info you have) objective information about the company, it's product, or it's management. I had some of this stock for only a few hours and was thrilled to get out with only a small loss. I moved it into a new motorcycle company that is previewing their new bike on Monday. It is a strong buy and trades under BIGX. This looks very good. Check it out.
