Dear Guildfin, Shooting the messenger is the wrong tact to take here. The share price has sunk 50% below Zeev's earlier estimates of a bottom.

I too am a shareholder and am thoroughly disgusted with the loss of value in my holdings. I too was reluctant to accept Zeev's warnings but I am sorry I didn't.

This is still a public company and I believe one of the duties of Management is to maintain and enhance shareholder value. Obviously Mr. Geller has failed and most likely has pissed off some pretty big shareholders who are now unloading their shares.

You should be criticizing Geller and his boys not Zeev Hed.

best wishes

Guildfin, I bothered as much as to call the company and dig up some info, what are your facts? Has anything that I have said wrong factually? Am I attacking the stock or the management? Read what I say, I describe factually the financial situation and the dire straights this situation put the management in. I do not believe they are going to garner any significant cash flow from operation for at least another six months, do you have facts that say otherwise? Do you have a forecast of their cash flow over the next six months? All you talk about is some blind faith in some fat cats like Harra that really care only about their pocket, not the lowly shareholders.

If they have no other source of cash, and you know their burn rate and obligation to BE/A, is it so difficult to see they will have to draw on the equity line? if they will draw on the equity line,, do you think that additional supply of stock will come on the market? These are all facts that you can verify for yourself, but instead you rant about motives.

I was in the stock and I got out, and when I got out I explained very clearly why. You could have followed me and today you could have bought three times as much. Did you? Do not blame me if you did not.
