dave-- yeah, i do think small caps are going to rally. the problem, as you said is with money flows. well, while dell and the rest continue to go up, the fund managers will eventually realize a) we have a LOT of money coming in b) we have to put it to work c) if we buy small caps, we can drive up the price quick and easy, and exaggerate our performance. they will realize it, eventually. but until then this kind of crap happens. liek you said, you have to be in it because when it happens its going to go high fast. until then however, all we can do is average down and wait. good luck to all, trey
