Thanks for passing the Wit Capital message. I suggest that everyone scan over the DRIV Prelim that can be downloaded from the brokerage's web site.

I understand that there is a 60 day holding requirement when purchasing IPO issues from Wit. Do you think this loss in flexibility is worth the participation of DRIV and their other IPOs? Has anyone come across other banks offering IPOs to individuals?

BTW, for investors who are more focused on discussing the Digital River company and not the TSQD venture as a whole, this thread is not redundant. TSQD is certianly relavent but not the main interest.
