Not to be contradictory, but aren't these features mainly related to the power amplifier function in the handset? And isn't RFMD/TRW supplying these parts for Nokia?

TriQuint purchased the TI/Raytheon fab in Texas but so far they haven't seemed to realize the value of HBT parts for cell phone applications.

IMHO.

Michael: Nokia's Sales in Europe and Asia are doing extremely well.
How this impacts on TQNT is an open question. Do you know who supplies the power and chipsets currently. I am sure that Nokia has contracts in place and any new suppliers will be forced to make big discounts to get a foothold.

The current list of suppliers to Nokia and their % market share would
be most helpful to establish the players TQNT faces.
