Scott, Mr. Dave Williams is in the process of making a deal with Pan American
on his offices. I have not made any deals with anyone with regards to my

Probably much like the real estate industry where there are many offices that are independant of each other, but they often work together to put deals together.

I sold many houses that were listed by the competition, and they were all too happy to accept the offers.

(none ever sold mine. I am much too fast for them....kidding)

I have seen Mortgage brokers that could not finance a deal, call up other brokers, and walk it to them for $500.
