Ladies and Gentlemen.... We are in a bit of a quiet period. For the time being, the naysayers are posting less on the thread which means they are either busy frying bigger fish or they are prepared to give us a window to see what happens. I for one am not proud of the history of posts on this thread. Some of it was perhaps necessary to try and equalise the negative posts but I think we have been a little off topic recently. We have a lot of good people around, including the Lorens and Jim Lee. I also think there are a lot of lurkers there that have been put off by the nature of last 2 weeks. It is time to get back to the job at hand. That of course is EDII. Through all of this, Colleen has continued to dig up information and pinpoint locations etc...I think we ought to follow her lead and get back to the DD. Loren and Jim lets get some contributions from you guys like you used to in the past. I think from experience we have learnt that if we over state the facts we are going to get dumped on. There are always going to be naysayers. If they ask questions which are unanswerable then just tell them so and to wait for the reporting status to change. We are all a little disappointed at the lack of forward movement after press releases but IMO that is natural. If you acquire a company that is already doing well and 100 % squeaky clean I should imagine it would cost a fortune. The art is in acquiring companies that are perhaps not doing brilliantly but with great potential and I believe that is what Mr. Dror is doing. For this reason it is going to take time. The current price is low I feel compared to some other stocks I see around that are just shells or with only the sayso of the company that deals are going to be done. With EDII we have a solid company with potential. I have no doubt that DROR will get EDII to the AM EX at some stage but I am not going to speculate as to when. I would like to state for the record that I live in Thailand and it is sometimes difficult for me to find things out. I leave the on ground work to you good people. I am going to join Egar today so that I have access to filings and hopefully I can contribute by keeping you all informed in the future from that aspect. We need to try and find out more about EPC and their business and the HDTV market that is part of both CRC and EPC. I will get to work on HDTV and find out about its future and its competitors. Lets all try and pick an area and get to work...Just a suggestion. I believe we will find it more satisfying than tormenting JMT...well maybe not :o) but I am going to start on it anyway. To the naysayers, I would say that you are always welcome to post negative DD if it has some relevance to our stock but lets all try and reduce the self opinionated posts. If the times are very quiet then we need to find other threads to post on. Did Slick boink Monica is absolutely first class and provides ample opportunity for opinion posts. Well that's my diatribe for the day. I hope it makes sense. ColinD

Yes lets all wait for audited finacials before we carry this baby stuff on. I know theres share dilution going on but its for a good cause its bringing added revenue and profits into the company and we are growing thats a plus IMHO now if Dror was diluting the shares to try and save some of these subsidiaries because they where unprofitable then I would think otherwise so I feel EDII is on the right track to add to the growth of our company we just need time and the stock will appreciate on its own.
