Mary:

I am exactly who I say I am, too, for better and worse. I appreciate that you are posting here again.

Well, I must say I've had the same feelings. Not knowing "who is who".
But, I assure you all I know John Long. And, what an interesting evening it was meeting him. You have to understand, I met John in a bar on a beach that is somewhat of an "interesting" beach.

When you walk into a bar and ask the bartender to "see if there is a John Long in the place" you have to be pretty sure of yourself. Well, my friend that was with me was concerned. He was quite suprised that I was doing what I was doing.

All in all, John is who he says he is.

Now, Sandra, I know you are in the same area as well. Have you met John? I talked with Mike M. the other day when he was in Florida. He said he would meet up with me the next time he was here.

I told Mike that it would be interesting for him and me and John and Sandra to get together so that we could all call each other names.

This has turned out to be one very interesting thread. I am glad I invested in MDIX when I did. I'm sorry that I didn't sell when I should have. I guess?

Its 2:00 am here on Treasure Island. Not much going on tonight. Went to Harry's, Bongo's, Beach Nuts, and Margos. Now I'm home talking to you all. John and Sandra know that it was definitely a boring night.

Have a nice day tomorrow, and GO MGIX.

Mary,

I think that everyone on this thread would agree that we have messed up. Two small mistakes: 1. Buying MDIX and 2. Not selling when it popped to 75 cents, and one big mistake: 3. Buying more on the way down.

Now that we have acknowledged our responsibility in this mess, let me ask the whole thread for their opinion:

Is this dead money, or does MDIX still have a dynamite
product with a huge market?

Might this stock still reach $1 within the next year or so?

Might this stock still reach $3 - $5 sometime within our
lifetimes?

What happened with that big press release awhile back about
the contract with the firm that was gonna sell the dickins
out of this software?

What is the "bad paper" that Yeros inherited? Is this a
floorless debenture like Zeev Hed has been talking about
recently? If so, then it is no surprise that the stock
has tanked. A floorless is a guaranteed stock killer
because the owner of the debenture makes more and more
money by shorting the stock and driving the price towards
zero. Can anyone provide any details on the parameters
of this debt arrangement or tell me where I can get the
information?

I am very disillusioned, disgusted, and disappointed with my investment in MDIX. I don't know if there is any hope left or not. I am asking these questions to see if I should burn my stock certificates and delete this thread from my folder.

Any and all comments are welcome.

Good luck to us all. I have a feeling that we will need a truckload of it !!! : ' )

Hi Mary,

I haven't heard you express an opinion about Mr. Dick.

Does he have contacts? Is he out marketing the software?
Is he just purely a consultant to MDIX on marketing
strategies? What's the scoop?

I'm curious about something else, has Cy thought at all
about trying to solicit proxies and take over the company?
I'm no expert at this.. but it seems to me it could be a
option. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this or
can educate me? LOL

Thanks!

Debbie
