mike--

i would go after seamens. try milburg, weiss & lerach in southern california. i talked to someone there in the spring. might be a good place to start if you really are that mad. i was.

a word to the wise though, you get nothing from a class action suit. the company may very well be near a turnaround and all that would do is kill them. of course, should you win, you will get next to nothing since the company doesnt have more than a couple of bucks in book value/share and you will have to cut in the lawyers as well.

so either way you pretty much loose. probably is best to be patient. the best thing to do is to call IR and vent on those people...thats what they are payed for<G>.

i have to agree with neal or whoever it was that mentioned a buyback. while they will need the cash in the future, it will make a pretty bold statement since they will basically be saying "we think the best place to put our money as a short term investment is our own stock."

now, lets see if they do it.

good luck to all,
trey
