add, Here are some thoughts regarding production ramp up.

-The company identified and solved a laminate problem, that caused so much concern, many months ago.

-The company repeatedly indicated that they did not consider financing a problem. They have recently announced a package with favorable terms and minimum dilution.

-They did not prematurely accept a contract, as did ULBI. They appear instead to be taking extra measures to first by sure they can deliver, including extensive testing programs both in-house and by potential customers.

-I understand that the previous technology that was released for customer testing around May '98 ( the date on the recent website spec sheet) was reported to have exceeded customer specs.

-It was reported that the individual machines had been run at high volume weeks ago with good results and that they are now being run as coordinated units in Northern Ireland.

-Having placed three additional assembly lines on order for October delivery implies that they are confident with their ability to mass produce.

-Production samples of the higher-performance technology have been out for several weeks. I find it likely that some of these customers have tested long enough to place orders soon.

-IMHO yields are now well above a profitable level- perhaps exceeding the 80-90% range.

-I am reminded of Lev Dawson having put up his 900k plus shares as collateral to acquire another 900k plus shares at 5 1/16. I am sure he had the best information possible for making that decision.

I have elected to remain fully invested and believe we are now getting very close to seeing results we have been waiting such a very long time for.
