***SPECIAL SITUATION (Must be quick!!!)*** WCAP (Winfield Capital)

WCAP owns something like 1.7 million shares of Cyberian Outpost (COOL) which is coming public today. COOL is expected to be hugely successful IPO (already the price was raised last night to $18 from initial range of $13 to $15). Street is actually expecting COOL to open $5 to $20 points higher than that. People that can't get in to COOL are buying WCAP to get in on the IPO indirectly. WCAP was at $12+ yesterday, dropped down under $9. Already over $10 today, people expecting $15-$18 or higher, depending on how hot COOL gets.

Everything looks good for QTNT. Not only the stock fundamentals but the product. Just think of the family arguments averted when the tent goes up in seconds with no hassle! And it's very good quality. I know Peter Lynch would approve. I'm in for the long haul. I know WalMart is interested. What is the other big name store interested?
