The real test will come in March when the full systems test will take place. Since most organizations are not 100% complete with remediation, they had the option of only submitting certain code for the latest test. It was more of a trial "initial benchmark" for next year test. As far as being ahead I meant that the project will be complete before January 1999, a year before actaul trades settle etc.
