Brad, Where r you???? As for not being able to do DD, you have a point in the sense that they are non reporting so your best source is the management and calling the company. Before Mike came on board I called the company almost once a week. The IR person was Scott Johnson back then. Then Mike came on board and we found that he didn't know anything. Mike was so poor that he didn't even know what outstanding shares meant the first time we called him.... Hence I see no reason now to correspond with him. I only contact Spencer directly in writing, so that I could keep a paper trail of the correspondence (and/or accuracy of it). The point is that my DD was only as good as I could do without Audited Earnings or SEC filings as informed by the company management. I have also constantly harped that we need AUDITED EARNINGS. This has been in MANY of my past post and in many many many correspondences with MR SPENCER... I believe that investors should invest in whatever risk they feel they are willing to take. Obviously you do not like the Risk to Reward ratio of OTC BB non reporting, hence you probably don't invest in them. I do!! I don't think it is my place to tell other investors what they should or should not invest in. Apparently YOU DO!!
