I would like take this time to apologize to everyone on this thread. I don't like to see people getting picked on by a bully and that's what I *thought* was happening. Whether that actually WAS what was happening or not is really irrelevent and, in truth, I should've just used a "mental twit filter" and not allowed myself to get sucked into what amounted to a virtual p*ssing match. As much as I may think that I tried to take the high ground, I did not. In fact, the ENTIRE discourse should've been taken to private email from the get-go.

Dick is 110% right; it's tough when it's just you and your computer and the markets all day long and sometimes, well, venting happens. Next time, at the gym and not my fellow traders.

Again, I'm sorry for all the nonsense that I contributed to and would like to suggest that we all take up the discussion of DAYTRADING! Afterall, it really doesn't matter if you use RealTick, CyberT or a ticker tape, what matters is that you enter and exit properly and timely. Software, technology and brokers will continue to evolve. It's how we use the information and apply it to the market that matters.

Thanks to all the "level heads" on here that helped me take a closer look at what I was contributing to. Sometimes the best thing a buddy can do is give you a swift kick in the rear!

Finally, to get the discussion going on some real meat, I've been wondering about some of the additional services offered by MB. Most specifically, the news service and the StockWeasel. Is anyone use these? What do you think about them? Seems that there should be some other, less expensive or free news services on the web. Any suggestions?
