They are actually doing the heavy lifting of building market awareness of the service. Unlikely to hurt. Additionally, it appears that Microsoft (with Comcast investment) and Paul Allen with Dream Works, Starwave, Streaming media and now two big cable companies are both going after the Internet broadcast media as the big dollar payday. Billpay may just be too hard and unwieldy compared to the easy pickens in other rapidly expanding markets.
